Move Your Body, Calm Your Mind Toolkit

Join the call to action to Move Your Body and Calm Your Mind daily!

Led by the Governor’s Advisory Council on Physical Fitness and Mental Well-Being, the Move Your Body, Calm Your Mind campaign is a statewide effort focused on making physical activity and mindfulness simple, accessible, and part of everyday life to support health and well-being for all Californians. Since its launch in 2023, the campaign has brought together state agencies, community organizations, and local partners to promote practical ways to support both mental and physical health—through movement, connection, breathing, time outdoors, and small daily actions that make a meaningful difference.

We have designed this toolkit to encourage you, your local partners, and the community you serve to participate in the Move Your Body, Calm Your Mind campaign by sharing, amplifying, and inspiring daily activities.
